Anime Zero Weapons and Units Tier List
Published · Updated
This guide organizes a community ranking published by Beebom as of 2026-10-10. Treat the order as version-dependent guidance, not official balance data.
How weapons work
Anime Zero refers to these combat tools as weapons or units. Each has a four-move kit, and players can equip two weapons during a run and swap between them. They are rolled from the Arsenal.
The cited ranking considers Story and Endless usefulness, boss effectiveness, ability synergy, and differences between general progression and Raids.
S Tier
- Cataclysm has fast attacks, strong multi-tick abilities, and short cooldowns. It is excellent for Story and Endless, though it lacks Cursed King's reliable i-frame protection.
- Cursed King has fast slashes, large fire attacks, domain control, and i-frames. Its safety is especially valuable in Raids, even if that advantage matters less in simple dungeon rooms.
A Tier
- Dragon Eclipse delivers heavy close-range attacks and a powerful ultimate that can shred early Endless bosses after awakening. Its slower attacks can feel less comfortable.
- Immortal Sovereign is a flexible Mythic weapon that performs well across Story and Defend content. It lacks the top weapons' standout Raid safety or burst potential, but offers strong consistency.
B Tier
- Divine Emperor combines heavy sword attacks with long-range pressure. Some slower animations are risky against Raid bosses, but it handles Story and Endless comfortably.
- Lights of Divinity uses fast sword combos and Excalibur-style attacks for solid burst damage. It ranks below higher tiers but remains worthwhile.
C Tier
- Twisted Agony mixes acrobatics, knife throws, and scythe attacks. It falls behind as enemy health rises, but remains usable while pursuing a better weapon.
- King's Gambit focuses on weapon swaps, deceptive range, and quick attacks. It lacks the consistency of higher-tier options in harder content.
- Rubber Man has fast melee combos and heavy impact attacks for early stages. Its ceiling is lower than stronger Legendary and Mythic weapons.
D Tier
- Cosmic Warrior uses teleportation and Kamehameha-inspired attacks in a fun but basic starter moveset. It struggles beyond early rooms.
- Thunder Prodigy uses Godspeed movement and shock-based attacks for a fast style. Its damage and usefulness fall behind after early progression.
Source summary
The source concludes that Cataclysm and Cursed King are the best weapons overall, with Cursed King especially strong for Raids. Keep weapons while progressing and replace them when a stronger option better fits your playstyle.
